Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Descripti, operated by Descripti, France, collects and why.

What we collect

• Product information you enter (product name, details, keyword, target customer) to generate your copy.
• Your IP address, temporarily, to count free daily generations.
• Your account details: email, name and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID from Google, and nothing else (no contacts, no files).
• Your plan and usage: your subscription status and how many products you've used, to apply your plan.
• Purchase details (name, email, order) collected by our checkout provider when you buy a plan.

We don't need, and ask you not to enter, personal data about other people in the generator.

Who processes it

• AI providers: your product information is sent through OpenRouter to an AI model provider to generate the copy. These providers process it under their own policies.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal, depending on the method you choose. They receive your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number or PayPal login. We keep a record of each payment (amount, date, plan).
• Hosting: our server provider stores the website and your account data.

Stored in your browser

When you are logged in, a cookie keeps you signed in and your results are saved in your account. When you use the generator without an account, your last 10 results are kept in your browser's local storage only, on your device. You can clear them with "Clear" or by clearing your browser data. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Free-trial IP counts reset daily. Plan and payment records are kept while your plan is active and for up to 12 months after, for support and accounting. Purchase records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing support@descripti.com. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
