Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Descripti ("we", "us"), operated by Descripti, France. By using the website or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. The service

Descripti uses artificial intelligence to generate product copy (titles, meta descriptions, descriptions, bullet points, FAQ and tags) from the information you enter.

2. Free use and plans

Visitors can generate a limited number of products per day for free. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that give a number of products each month. They start as soon as the payment is confirmed. One "product" means one generation, and regenerating counts as a new product. Unused products do not roll over.

3. Payment and renewal

Payments are handled by our secure checkout and processed by our payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

4. Accounts and access codes

Your account is personal. We may also give out access codes (for example for manual purchases or gifts). Access codes are personal to the buyer, or to the buyer's own clients on the Agency, Scale and Enterprise plans. Don't share or resell them. We may deactivate codes that are shared publicly or used abusively.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the information you enter and to the copy generated for you, and you may use it commercially. You are responsible for checking generated copy before publishing it, including facts, claims, sizes, materials and compliance with the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Descripti to create illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to describe prohibited products, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.

7. AI output

AI-generated text can contain mistakes. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of specific search rankings or sales results.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
