Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you buy

Every visitor can generate 3 products a day for free, so you can check the quality before paying.

Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for. Cancel from Account → Plans & billing.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've used fewer than 10 products. Renewals are not refunded once the new month has started, but you can cancel anytime to avoid the next one.

For EU customers: by subscribing you ask us to start the digital service immediately, and you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully provided.

Technical problems

If the service doesn't work for you because of a problem on our side, contact us. We'll fix it, add products to your account, or refund you.

How to ask

Email support@descripti.com with the email address of your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
